We went shopping at Central Mall and happened to come across “Simply Flowers“. Was talking to the shop owner, Jane and came to know that they do wedding backdrop and decor… and since I’ve not finalised on the stage design, I decided to get Jane to give us a quote and concept design. As she was quite busy that day, she said she will email me the quote later.
Looking forward to hear from Jane soon… as we are really running short of time.
Back home, I sent Jane a mock up of what I had in mind for my stage backdrop.

PrinceWedding is owned by designer Danny Lim…not just any ordinary designer but one who takes pride in his unique creations….We decided to have him design and custom made Ju’s evening gown.
We finally get to see the gown for the first time and Ju tried it on…simply elegant, both the gown and her.
Reccommended PrinceWedding to Evon, since she is only getting the gowns instead of the entire typical wedding package. She loved his gowns and already set eyes on 2 of them…
We will never go wrong with Danny! Thumbs up! www.princehomme.com (Hp 81808064)
Started sending out cards a week ago, and we are still in the process…trying to meet the dateline…4th April!
Ju went shopping with her mum today…agenda: to get something for the tea ceremony
Bought a pair of dangling diamond earrings @ Lee Hwa, very nice and elegant.
Hmmm…getting good comments on the card. Thanks Alvin Bro.
The card material is shimmery, as a result, the texts printed on it seemed faint from certain angle. Hence, we decided to reprint 80 cards for our relatives, this time using another material and enlarging the texts. Haha, this is not an April Fools’ joke.
We made the partial payment to Lighthouse Studio today and Ming Song will be our videographer. He will be going away somewhere for reservist and will only be back a day before our wedding!!!!! We are taking the chances…Let’s cross our fingers and hope he returns on schedule.
Lazy Sunday…lazy to even think where to go. Guess we are beginning to feel the stress and exhaustion from all the planning for the wedding and my workload. Have been juggling between work and wedding preps, thanks to Ju for her understanding and helping with the preps…sometimes without me.
We needed some furnishings for the home, ready for the wedding. Left home @ 7pm for Ikea…haha we are really lazy people! Ikea at Alexandra was totally a let down. Don’t think they replenish their goods as frequent as the Ikea at Tampines…there were lesser designs too. We ended up having an extended dinner at the cafe and came home empty handed.
