1 Day before the BIG DAY
10.ooam - Collected my wedding car, a Porsche Cayenne from EUROKARS.
4.0opm - Went to Mariott Hotel to oversee the partial stage setup by Jason and his team.
5.3opm - Collected wedding bouquet, corsages PLUS wedding car decor.
6.45pm - Fetch Jufri from his office. He’s the wedding car driver.
7.30pm - Had dinner at Bugis.
8.30pm - Jufri drove me home.

Preps for the wedding banquet are in the pipeline. There is surely something to worried about or to do everyday…end of the day, it still feels like nothing has been done! Oh dear, guess we are getting the wedding fever syndrome, if there’s such a thing. We will continue our discussion in the bedroom before we sleep and it normally dragged till 3 to 4am! Still, it felt like nothing has been done haha.
Been working real hard on the invitation cards since Tuesday…sms friends to inform them and get their addresses, write on the cards, print labels for the envelopes, bundled them for mailing and hand delivering. Cards got to be sent out before 4th April.
Met up with Ivah, our wedding coordinator at Marriott, earlier today and we tidy up most of the important details for the banquet. The one thing that got us worried even after we left the hotel was the choice of favours that Marriott has for us to choose from. Nothing really presentable to give our guests…are we being fussy pots with too high an expectation? Maybe…lets see what we can do and work around it…
Oh and the cake, all the dummy cakes are 5 tiers high and…looked really dummy! Both of us simply can’t get down with selecting which dummy we wanted haha.

We decided to keep things simple this Valentines Day. Did some shopping and a simple dinner at Vivocity. Nothing can be as fanciful as our BIG DAY. 
We are realistic people, to us everyday is V Day…. For businesses, V Day is when retailers earn big bucks and track if their marketing campaign works well.

It’s the 2nd day of Lunar New Year. We woke up late after a much deserve sleep…we had such a super long and tiring day visiting our relatives yesterday….we practically traveled from the West of Singapore to the East, then to the North! Decided to give ourselves a break and hack all the visitings today…Plan our own agenda…Sentosa Flower 2009 @ Sentosa, here we come!
